Welcome to Safari Preschool
Learning Is an Adventure
Welcome to Safari Preschool!
A place where little learners can explore, imagine, grow, and build the skills they need to confidently take their next big step into Kindergarten.
Safari Preschool is a warm, engaging in-home preschool designed for children ages 3–5. Our days are filled with hands-on learning, play, creativity, movement, and plenty of opportunities to explore the world around us.
Where Learning Meets Adventure
We believe young children learn best when they are having fun. That’s why our classroom blends imagination and exploration with meaningful, age-appropriate learning.
Children are encouraged to ask questions, try new things, use their creativity, and discover that learning can be exciting. At the same time, they are developing the important classroom skills they will need for Kindergarten—learning to listen, follow directions, work independently, take turns, solve problems, and participate as part of a group.
Preparing Little Learners for Kindergarten
Getting ready for Kindergarten is about so much more than knowing letters and numbers.
At Safari Preschool, we focus on the whole child. Throughout the year, children build early academic skills while also developing confidence, independence, social skills, fine motor skills, and classroom readiness.
Our activities are intentionally short, engaging, and hands-on to match young children's attention spans. We move from one experience to the next, keeping children engaged while continually reinforcing the skills they are learning.
By the time our Safari Preschool graduates head off to Kindergarten, our goal is for them to feel confident, capable, excited, and ready to learn.
A Small Classroom With a Big Heart
Safari Preschool is intentionally small, creating a welcoming environment where each child can be known, encouraged, and celebrated for who they are.
As a teacher, I love getting to know each child and watching them grow throughout the year—from those first days of preschool to the proud moment they walk across our graduation stage.
Because preschool should be more than preparation for Kindergarten. It should be a place where children learn to love learning.
